This year the Fun Day will take place over two days.
1/ The fair on Thursday, June 20, 2019 A.M. : Games and entertainment activities for the childre. Parents Participation is needed to make the FUN DAY FUN. There will be Water games, sports activities and make up stands. We are looking for a dozen volunteer parents to help hold the stands from 9 to 12 am. 2) The end of the year Show : Friday, June 21st, from 5pm to 6.30 pm. Let’s give a huge round of applause for all children, teachers and helpers! During and after the show, a paid buffet will take place. We will appreciate a lot if you could bring salty tarts & quiches, cakes and fruit juices on Friday morning. The Moms of the PTA will gather them in the entrance of the school. You’ll be able to buy the tickets for the buffet in the playground (from 4.15 pm till 7pm). The money collected will be for the benefit of our school. We are also looking for volunteer parents to help at the buvette, the buffet and for cleaning after the party. SAVE THE DATE !! Attention, cette année le Funday du CAB se déroulera en 2 parties.
1) La kermesse des enfants : Jeudi 20 juin 2019 toute la matinée. Pour que la fête soit belle, nous avons besoin de votre aide.Nous recherchons donc des parents volontaires pour nous aider à animer les stands à partir de 9 H. 2) Le Spectacle de fin d’année des enfants : Vendredi 21 juin de 17 h à 18h30. Venez nombreux encourager et applaudir vos enfants, ils ont besoin de vous ! Un buffet et une buvette payant seront ensuite proposés. Nous avons besoin de vos talents de cuisinier pour nous apporter des cakes, tartes, quiches, recettes salées, gâteaux sucrées et boissons. L’équipe du PTA récoltera vos créations le vendredi matin dans le hall de l’école ! La caisse pour les tickets de la buvette ouvrira dans la cours dès 16 h 15. L’argent récolté lors du buffet ira au profit de l’école.
