The Centre Actif Bilingue is a dynamic international community of 150 families, 160 students and 20 teachers, plus a staff team of 10 offering an engaging, authentic and holistic nursery and primary school learning program in French, English and German to students of over 20 nationalities.
Our French-English program is for nursery and elementary age students (2 ½ to 11 year olds). Our German enriched program is for nursery students only (2 ½ to 5 year olds).
We provide a challenging program within the context of a caring and engaging learning environment. With 10 early child educators in nursery and 8 teachers at the elementary level, we feature small classes and numerous creative learning opportunities. We offer four nursery groups in age-based classes up to kindergarten. We offer three mixed level classrooms in elementary.
At our school, we value all languages and cultures. Our students learn both from teachers and peers. Our educational philosophy seeks to inspire and prepare to children to develop into engaged global citizens with an inspired academic foundation.
